Hit the "Sweet Spot"

It started with a nagging knot between the shoulder blades that just wouldn’t go away.

Carolyn Donchi, a Bowen therapist for over 15 years, was seeing the same patterns every day in her clinic. Tight hips. Rounded shoulders. Locked-up necks. Modern life has given us convenience and opportunity, but it has also left many of us moving poorly, sitting longer and carrying constant low-level tension in our bodies.

Foam rollers were too bulky to reach the smaller, deeper spots. Professional massages weren’t a daily solution. What people didn’t need was another "gadget", they needed precision.

Spot On was born from a simple mission: to create a tactile, ergonomic tool that mimics the thumb of a physical therapist. A tool that allows you to pinpoint exactly where it hurts and apply focused, deliberate pressure at anytime.

We spent months refining the density and grip to ensure it doesn’t just skim the surface, it reaches the source. Designed to feel intuitive in your hand and effective on your body, Spot On works with you throughout the day.

It’s not a replacement for professional care.
It’s your support between sessions.
At your desk. After training. Before bed.

Because tension shouldn’t be something you learn to live with.

Our Mission

To empower every body: from the elite athlete to the remote-working professional with a tool to claim ownership over their physical well-being. We believe that recovery shouldn’t be a luxury; it should be a seamless part of your daily ritual.

Our Vision

To become the global gold standard for portable recovery. We envision a world where physical tension never stands in the way of performance or productivity, and where "feeling good" is as accessible as reaching into your gym bag or desk drawer.

Bowen Therapist & Problem Solver

“I created Spot On because I kept hearing the same thing from my clients, they needed something they could use in between our sessions. It’s designed to mimic the focused pressure of a therapist’s thumb, so relief is always within reach.”
