Refund policy
We hope you love your Spot On tool as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@spotontool.com.au and we’ll help you through the return process.
Spot On products are personal use wellness tools. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of items that are unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition, unless the item is faulty.
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different colour or product, you’ll need to place a new order and return the original item in line with our policy below.
Please note:
Product images are provided as a guide only. While we take care to represent colours accurately, variations in screen settings may occur. Returns due to colour preference are considered a change of mind.
Spot On does not offer refunds or credit notes on:
- Sale items or promotional purchases
- Items damaged through unreasonable wear and tear
- Items confirmed as successfully delivered by our shipping partners
Purchases made through third-party stockists must be returned to the original place of purchase.
CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
For change of mind returns, please ensure the following:
- Contact us at info@spotontool.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order
- Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition
- Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery
Returns outside of this timeframe are not eligible.
Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Spot On is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Where free shipping was applied to the original order, the actual shipping cost incurred may be deducted from the refund total. This amount will be communicated when your return request is lodged.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us at info@spotontool.com.au as soon as possible.
For faulty or incorrect items:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Return the item within 30 days
For approved faulty returns:
- A full refund (including shipping) will be processed, or
- A replacement will be sent at no additional cost
